Large Warehouse
S & M Moving is a lively shipping warehouse in Sherwood. Its footprint is larger than a football field. The owner performed routine maintenance on his building, but severe gutter leaks caused water staining in multiple places.
We made some repairs to the stucco like texture as well as the porch ceilings. We also had to repair cement around railing posts. The entire property needed a refresh on the building, railings and curbs. The blue line was old and faded and did not coordinate with their company colors.
Two boom lifts were needed to power wash and then paint the tall walls. Power washing alone, took two days.
S & M Moving needed to keep conducting their business with trucks coming and going throughout the day. By working on Saturday and making a concerted effort to work around the trucks, we were able to complete the project on time and without interfering with S & M’s daily operations.
We completed the project in two weeks as promised. This included repainting all the bay numbers, address, fire door description and labeling the entrance for drivers.
The rich red stripe around the building was painted in Duration to help retain the color and resist fading.
When we were done, the building looked sensational, and the owner and staff were very happy.
